Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of cs-app, an app that puts you into a voice or text conversation with an AI support agent, operated by Netfizz Ltd, a company registered in the Isle of Man. Using the app means you accept them.

It is free, and it is as-is

There is nothing to pay. This is a small personal project, still being built, and it is provided as-is and as-available with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no promise that it will be available, that it will work, or that anything you send will be delivered, kept or recoverable. Features may change or disappear, and it may be offline or shut down permanently at any time, without notice.

You are talking to an AI

Replies are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, out of date or entirely invented, and can sound confident while being wrong. Nothing the agent says is professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise. Check anything that matters with a qualified human, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services rather than this app.

Acceptable use

Use the app as intended and do not attack it. You agree not to try to gain unauthorised access to the app, its server, its database or anyone else's conversation; not to probe, scan or security-test it; not to overload or disrupt it, including by automated use; not to use it for anything illegal; not to impersonate anyone; and not to harass or abuse anyone through it. If you do find a security problem, please report it to support@netfizz.im rather than exploiting it; a good-faith report will not be treated as a breach of these terms. Access may be restricted or withdrawn at any time, for any reason or none.

What not to send

Conversations are kept. Typed messages are stored, speech during a call is transcribed and stored, and the people who run the app can read all of it. So do not send sensitive information, typed or spoken: no card or bank details, no passwords, no government identity numbers, no medical or other confidential personal details. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and for how long — read it first. You keep whatever rights you have in what you send, and you allow it to be stored and processed so the service can run.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Netfizz Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for lost data, lost profits or business interruption, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Man courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are. Continuing to use the app after that means the updated version applies.
